Appeal to Govt. of India

Image
APPEAL Being Edupreneur, I, JV’n Dr. Panckaj Garg, Founder & Advisor, Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University, appeal to Govt. of India to include Women Rights, Women Laws and Women Empowerment courses compulsorily in UG level Academic Programs just as Disaster Management & Environment Studies. This will help community to get aware about Women Rights, Women Laws and punishments leading to unlawful acts against women.   In my view, this will definitely raise respect for women in the society. Being Women University, Jayoti Vidyapeeth has already passed a resolution in 2008, in which the Women Rights, Women Laws and Women Empowerment courses have been made compulsory to qualify for all female students in regular mode and for both male & female students in Distance & Research Programs along with their required academic credits to obtain University’s Degree. Working Module for Privatization in Rural India 1)      The universities and medical colleges should be established only in the rural areas of the state. They should be funded either in PPP mode or by the Government. 2)      The Government should constitute two Commissions of Recruitment e. g. Urban Public Service Commission (UPSC) and Rural Public Service Commission (RPSC) in which the following designation categories should be included: Ø   Indian Education   Service (IES) Ø   State Education Service (SES) Ø   Indian Health Service (IHS) Ø   State Health Service (SHS)                 At present scenario, probably, each state is establishing Private Universities and Medical Colleges but they are established without any working module. If state government sketch the draft and point out only Rural Areas of each district at for a Private Residential University and Private Medical College then the problems of education, health, employment, poverty, starvation and illit

DR. PANCKAJ GARG    FOUNDER & ADVISOR - JAYOTI VIDYAPEETH WOMEN'S UNIVERSITY, JAIPUR Dr. Garg invites comments from “Community of India”             The keen observation of the present scenario of educational system in India makes it clear that the faculty of higher educational institutions is simply lacking skills of the deliverance of knowledge in the classrooms. They have not proper knowledge of teaching methodologies because they do not obtain any training of teaching methodologies before their appointments as assistant professors. The current procedure of appointing faculty members should also be taken into account because it is simply based on unpractical policies. Besides this, the institutes of Higher Education are lacking the faculty members particularly Professors, Associate Professor and Assistant Professors, consequently, the quality of education is influenced due to lack of the teachers. Therefore, a deep discussion is the need of the hour in order to find
